Can you remove the tires when your TM is closed?

My TM is in the garage. Can I get to the tires and remove them when the TM is closed or do I need to pull it outside, open it up, then change the tires?

Please advise...

I am able to get to it, there are no 'near-wall' constraints, however I don't believe I have a lift kit installed. Would I have had to order the lift kit when I bought it? It is a 1999 3023.

When I had new tires put on after picking up my 2000 3124KS the shop had me pop the latches to make it easier.

It would have been a bit tight it I had not.

Was the lift kit an option on the 2006 2619? This term wasn't mentioned when I made my purchase. thanks all!
