There is a fan at the bottom of the hose, mounted over a circular hole in the floor. You can see the hole if you look up from underneath - it is covered with screen to keep insects and critters out. Note that in order to remove heat effectively, it is important that the fan suck air down from the top, and blow it out through the hole in the floor.

Some of our members have installed a second fan that blows directly out through the access panel. This works well when the TM is open, but doesn't do much when it is closed.
