Good luck with the gift. I would assume it comes with some problems , because the need for a new mattress means that it got water damage or rodent infestation. The rotten state of the tires may mean it set outside for a long time. So you may be getting a wonderful deal, or something that it would take so long to fix that it's not worth it.
