When measured at the tongue of my 2720, the tongue is too low by about an inch. This results in the rear being about a half inch high when compared to level.
I have never scraped any part of the trailer. I also have the lift kit.
The trailer should be level when towing. There is some dispute as to which is better if you can not achieve level. Some people say high is better and others say low is better. Mos manufacturers will not state, other than level is best.
