efelker - Thanks for that nice post.

I was thinking somewhat along the same lines, but you said it much more eloquently than I would have.

I think some of us are wishing we could lead that healthy and active of a lifestyle (I know I am) as compared to what we are doing now.

I just keep trying to do little things that aim that way. A walk here, a bike ride there, etc.

More power to those of us who have the opportunity to lead that kind of lifestyle. I keep thinking that one of those fit persons might save my (or one of my family's) a** someday, and we would be eternally thankful.
