Default camping on the river

My wife and I went to the Texas Hill Country this past weekend. As you know, sometimes when you ask for the best spot on the campground, Pop-ups and tent camping get as close to the action as possible. Our spot was as close to the river as you may want to be. It was a pull through site with full hookups. Little bit of a challenge to make sure the sewer hose was not running up hill.... The waters edge was literally 8ft from the TM bottom step. Had to be very careful not to fall out or in the river. Comal River, spring fed, shortest/longest river in Texas.
