Yes, as long as the damage is limited to what you've pictured (across the whole roof while closed), and the condition of the unit is otherwise typical of a unit of that age with everything functioning well, I personally think it would quickly sell. On the other hand, I'm kind of a utilitarian guy, so cosmetics don't bother me alot, especially when they are on the roof. Perhaps others will comment, but I don't see any complications that might arise from those dents down the road, aside from not being very pretty. So for those looking for a bargain, especially someone who isn't super handy and doesn't want alot of mechanical issues, your unit would be attractive.
If I was confident of the dents not being a problem later on (and that's my initial thought, but I'd look into it), I think I'd take the $11k and enjoy the dents for another 10 years. Or keep the TM and give me the $11k.
