At $4K for a $11K unit with hail damage and a broken vent? You might spend about $100 fixing that. After that figure $100 on chalking if necessary.

I would turn my pardette loose on them; she's a great haggler. She got a Disney vacation comp'd a few years back. So she's the one I turn loose on people.
But like everyone else says if that's all the damage and the rest of the TM is good shape it would be hard to pass up...
