I will add that TT does cater to a more motorhome, 5th wheel crowd due to the resort like amenities and locations. And, a large percentage of the members are full time RVers. I'm sure you checked out the locations available? For my tastes, I'm much more a closer to nature type of camper and feel the TM is well suited for the out of the way, off the beaten path and state park locales.
