Several years ago our kitchen sink tap also sprung a leak at the base, where the ring attaches to the base. After numerous searches (we were in Tucson, AZ at the time) I found a replacement at Camping World. Unfortunately one could not buy just the tap. I ended purchasing the entire faucet assembly just to get the new tap. The counter clerk was sympathetic to my dilemma and did point out that I would now have spare parts for the rest of my faucet assembly. That was easier than replacing the entire faucet assembly.
