Currently I have the Trailmanor rear hitch receiver waiting to be mounted. This is a really big piece of metal. It will hold two bikes.
I have some thoughts about reinforcing it by coupling it to a second cross member under the trailer, which would help with the torque from the weight of the bikes. I'm good at cutting big iron but not welding it yet.

I understand that, I can weld just enough to make me scared. LOL
My next thought was to install a front hitch on my 4x4 suburban just for the bike rack, any thoughts on that ? thanks
