You need to send a PM to Chris (username Chris). Include your real name, sign-on name, date you paid, amount paid, and method of payment, with some kind of transaction number if Paypal was involved. Paypal has been a problem before, though it has been fixed for a while - but give Chris all the ammunition you can.
I will tweak Chris, since that is sometimes helpful. But I have no pwer to actually do anything re membership.
