I sort of remember reading that this was an EPA thing, but I can't find a link to support this information.

I suppose that you might be able to find a Y connection to combine two dump valves? Or maybe not...

If you have 2 separate valves, why would you need two separate outlets? It's just more plumbing to get trashed if you have a blowout.
