FYI

The NADA guide lists the TrailManor as a "Travel Trailer".

The key factor is that the TrailManor is "Self Contained". It has all of the items installed that are needed for living:

Water Supply
Septic storage
Heat
Electric
Cooking facilities
Washing facilities
Sleeping facilities

Therefore it can be used as a second home.
