Question 1 is does anyone who has a slide that is 1999 or older or maybe newer if it has or had the 1 1/4 inch track replaced with the newer size?
Not much help here as our unit has the newer track.

Question 2 are all the slides a little tough to get moving, but then move with not much energy? I know my wife could never get it started.
Yes, with our unit, the initial tug requires more effort to start the slide moving - and does move easily from that point.

Question 3 Do all of the slides have play from side to side when your pulling or pushing them?
Yes, our slide has a tendency to move side-to-side while opening and closing.

Question 4 Inside rollers. Is the slide suppose to be touching the roller wheels when the slide is in the closed position? Mine are not!
When pushed in, our slide does rest on the roller wheels. Sounds like the track you installed is too tall. That may also be part of the reason for the difficulty encountered in pulling out the slide.
