Default keeping critters out?

The owner of the RV park we thought we were going to store the trailer in, just threw me for a loop.

1. He now wants the trailer closed when we go.
2. There are chamelions, there are swarms of blind misquotos, said lizards gorge on, they also love to make their homes in places where people are not and they are not house broken....yuck!

How in the world do you keep such critters out?

We can keep the camper set up, but he is asking $150.00 a month if he cannot move it. Because Lake Okeechobee is one of the best Bass fishing lakes in the country, he is hoping boat owners in the summer would want to rent one of the water front sites for a tournament so he wold wsnt to move my trailer. We are double bummed.
just one of the joys in renting a campsite in an RV park that just opened.

We are willing to close it, but not willing to have the camper filled with lizard poop.
