bought a cheaper rack that has a straight 2" bar instead of the angled rack I use for the car. Still seems to be sitting higher than I would really like. I did test drive with both bikes on, I had to lower the handle bars and take off the bike bags. It is doable but still not 100% happy yet. Btw, the cheap rack was 35 bucks and free shipping ebay.. but I did weld it up , otherwise it is held together with bolts , and it does not fold up anyway. So welding it was.
