Default Curtain Rods

We wanted to use regular curtian rods so that we could buy regular curtians for the TM. My DH made these little slide in clips out of some metel that slide into the regular curtian channel on the TM, no holes to drill just slide these in and
install the rods as you normally would. To travel we just lift them off and store them. With the TM folded down our windows are tinted so dark that you can not tell if the curtians are open or closed or even there.

Default End of curtain track

HI FOLKS
GOT A ?
TODAY WAS REMOVE CURTAINS FROM THE HOTEL DAY, OURS HAD THE SCREWS AT END OF EACH CURTAIN TRACK TO KEEP IT FROM COMEING OUT ,(WHO EVER THOUGHT OF THAT NEEDS A SWIFT KICK IN SHIN)
IN RE-INSTALLING THE NEW ONES, I SURE DO NOT WANT TO USE THAT METHOD AGAIN, WAS THINKING OF SUPER GLUE, CALK, OR EVEN A TINY PLUG OF SOMEKIND AT END OF TRACK, ANY HINTS?
ALSO I AGREE, THAT TIE BACK STAP IS WORTHLESS, OFF TO THE BIG GREEN FILE CABNIT AT END OF DRIVEWAY WITH THEM.

Nicely done. What material is that brown stuff? Looks a little like putty of some kind? I know you said metal, just doesn't look all metal on my screen...

Default curtian rods

That brown stuff is Bondo shaped in a square and painted. It hides and holds the small pin that holds the bracket to the piece that slides into the plastic channel.

Try this web site, use the small track end stop. I am surprised TM didn't use these to begin with. This is also a great site for other hard to find trailer stuff.

Just un-did all the bottom curtain tracks 'cause the upper slides were breaking if you weren't very very careful in how you slide them.

Default Curtian rods

Ginger liked the curtian rods, then she wanted blinds. The metal is to thin on the wall so I made a bracket similar to what holds the cabinets to the wall only I built it off the white metal frame around the window. Now she can lift the blinds up and remove for travel. In this picture the window is open, the dark that you see is from the window tint.
