Default 120 volt inverter

I installed a 1750 watt Pro Watt inverter. I mounted it on the front wall close to the battery. The 12 volt wire should be kept to a max. lenght of 5'. I used 2/0 size wire. I ran a 120 volt wire to the refrig. cabinet and mounted a receptacle next to the tv jack. I also ran a wire to the microwave shelf on the other side next to the stove and mounted a receptacle next to the existing receptacle. I mounted the switch to turn on the inverter on the sink cabinet next to the other controls. I am using 2 size 31 batteries hooked in parallel.
After my first trip dry camping, I used the inverter every morning for the coffee maker and once or twice a day I used the microwave. We camped for two weeks and the 100 watt solar panel kept the batteries charged.
