Bike Racks
FYI-search '1up usa' bike racks
Hi, I'm not affiliated with this U.S. company, just (big into bikes) a satisfied owner with rack modification for fatbike for use on snow.
These are very durable, constructed w/ rigid aluminum and can be modified (separate units are added or subtracted at the time of need) to carry one, two or three bikes w/o need for wheel removal (road, mtb, downhill, women's bikes without a horizontal top tube or fatbikes with 3.8" wide tires-since the weight of the bike is supported on the inflated tires for shock absorption and without damage to frames, disc rotors, carbon fiber materials or paint). (each of our road, mtb and fatbikes weigh under 25#s).
We use it with our ford escape (1.25" receiver), our soon to be TV durango (2" receiver) without modification and will place it on the rear of our new 2720 QB with a heavy duty 2" bike receiver modification being installed by the great folks @ Car Show in CO SPGS.
1up are not cheap just very durable and practical. hope this helps others.
