new owners, big trip

Hi all,
We bought a 2000 2518 in Boston in late October, traveled to Tennessee to visit with friends and then back home to Canada for the next month or so. Packed all our stuff into the TM and our Mazda MPV and departed in rain for the west coast of Canada.
We have made it to Ontario Oregon traveling through Michigan and the UP, North Dakota, Montana, Idaho, and now in Oregon. We stayed in motels since the temperature has seldom been near freezing at night, read well below, but are hoping to begin in Oregon. Unfortunately the roads ahead are covered in black ice so we will be in this area until the roads improve. We will eventually get back into Canada and spend the winter near Nanaimo on Vancouver Island in the Living Forest RV park. We were there last winter in our Casita 16 and it is a very nice park on the ocean with lots of trees.
In Tennessee we lived in the TM for a week and really enjoyed it, and look forward to camping and warmer weather soon.
We will also send more about our trip when we settle down for a while.
