Wanted TM with swing hitch in Colorado

I'm actively seeking a TrailManor that falls within the following criteria.
Must be under 19ft storage with swing hitch
Must have two beds
Prefer 2020 and newer
Prefer unit with a black tank
Price around 20,000
Located in Colorado or sounding states

Please let me know if you have or know of someone selling a TM that fit my needs.

You should know that Trailmanors do not have an underfloor black tank. There is no space for one anywhere under the floor, so you can't retrofit one, either.

For decades, TMs came with the Thetford Model 80 toilet. Since Thetford discontinued making that toilet a year or so ago, I believe that new TMs come with a Dometic M28 toilet. Both of these toilets have a built-in black tank that is part of the toilet, below the bowl and above the floor. In the last couple years, a few people began saying that the Thetford smells, but that is usually because they are using it wrong. Thetfords were installed for 40 or so years, there are thousands of Thetfords out there today, and until recently, the owners have been happy.
