I recently concluded a 61-day, 8,000 mile trip through the Southwest and only saw one other TrailManor, at the Stovepipe Wells CG in Death Valley, CA. It was owned by a couple from Oregon (I'm from Washington). We talked for about an hour. Mine was the first TM they had seen, too.

During our 3 week trek from San Jose California to Niagara Falls New York and back, we clocked in excess of 6,000 miles and went through 18 states and Ontario Canada. Aside from the 53 other TM's at the Jubilee and Brittany Dogs TM, we saw a total of 1 other TM 2720 in the Circle Pines KOA in Williams, Arizona.

I spent some time chatting with Ken the owner who frequents this forum.

I was actually quite shocked that we didn't see more, but that what it was.

We are in Reno at the Silver Sage RV Park (in the middle of town) and two spaces away is a 2720SL (2011) looked like it was right out of a show room floor. Talked to the owner---he was not aware of the Forum. His plans are to move to Islands and store the TM here on the main land and use it when they come for holiday.

Default Black Canyon of

the Gunnison, spotted a 2720 headed up to the NP yesterday, we had just checked out the CG and went on to Silver Jack. They were headed up hill and we were headed down. Unless you have reservations for the electric sites this CG is hot or very hot. Sites were worse then at Mesa Verde.
Silver Jack is a long way off the highway but is cool with plenty of shaded sites. We will do the hour commute to the NP.

We waved at each other as we passed.

I spotted a TM slide model at the Big Meadows campground on the Skyline Drive today. No one was around for me to say hi to.

Spent a couple of nights at Lamoille Canyon in Nevada on Tuesday - Thursday. When we arrived we were surprised to see a 2518 in the campground. Larry and his wife (can't remember her name) are from somewhere near Colorado
Springs.

Default TM Sightings

Hi to all TM Owners and those who wish they owned one. Just traveling west on I 90 in northern Wyoming east of Gillette and saw my second TM heading east this summer. Maybe an older one with spare tire mounted on back of TM. Didn't see what the tow vehicle was. 100 degrees plus today.

Default Recent Sightings

We've seen 2 Trail Manors this year so far. On was at the Cathedral Canyon Campground, near Picohe, NV. It was 3023 and they were setting up for the lunar eclipse. The other was a 2720 going the toward LA from Las Vegas on I-15 this past weekend.
Hope to see a lot more was we are going from Las Vegas to Oregon coast for the month of July.

There was one at the Flying Flags RV park in Buellton, CA last week. They left before I got a chance to say hello.
