Default Rub marks, gouges on curb side rear exterior - HELP

Can someone give us advice? This is our new-to-us 2619. We did not notice these marks when we bought it, but after our first trip - and then having had it parked for a couple of weeks - we opened it today and found these curved gouges/marks on the curbside rear exterior. We are going to investigate and try to take corrective action, but does anyone have any input on cause or correction? What about the UHMW tape? Is it a bolt? The window frame is getting gouged in the first picture. Aluminum is starting to show through in two little spots in the second (farther rear picture) and the detaling/paint on the side is getting damaged in both spots. I am trying to upload pictures... one curve is going from 6 o'clock to 9 o'clock and the other is farther back going from 9 o'clock to 12 o'clock.
