Question warranty work at the factory

We will be taking or 2720 SL to the factory for some minor warranty work in March. (http://www.trailmanorowners.com/foru...ead.php?t=2506) We could not get the dealer to do it. (http://www.trailmanorowners.com/foru...ead.php?t=2540) Ed Lytle says to allow two days, but they will try to do the repair in one. So I have found two places to camp, Mountain Lake, and Noris Dam State Park. Has any one had experience with doing this? What did you do if the TM wasn’t finished in one day? We have 2 dogs and a Kat. That makes me worried about finding a Motel if necessary. We do have a tent, should we take it along as a safety measure?

What would be some things to do, or see near by while the TM is being repaired? Is it possible to look at the factory??????

Any and all experiences will be greatly appreciated. Thanks all..

Default Norris Dam State Park in TN

We stayed at Norris Dam in September for one night before a few hours of service at the Factory in the morning. The west campground seemed nicer than the east one. According to the website http://www.state.tn.us/environment/p...rks/NorrisDam/ the west one may not be open when you want to camp. The NDSP I-75 exit is one exit south of the factory exit, and the factory is to the immediate east of its exit (in other words, very convenient). TN state parks are first-come, first served (no reservations).

Check out Cove Lake State Park. It is about six miles from the TM factory. Very nice park. The Museum of Appalachia is nice to visit. Do a Google for details.
