One month and it went well

We returned from a virgin one month trip. Nothing even slightly bad happened. Lost refrigerator for a one day, and the front pull out stopped working, makes a whirring sound but no movement. No big deal as there is 2" of snow on the ground and I am not going under it until it warms up. My guess is something came off the drive belt/chain.Getting it level for towing is the biggest problem. There is no level ground around here so I Eyeballed it, too low. 5000 miles and it was ok but could have been closer. What is the level hitch height on a 27/20 2012 model? BTW we love it perfect for 2 and doable for 4, plus a large dog. Everyone that saw it was intrigued to see it set up and closed. Now to clean the unit, how do you wash the roof? No water where on our land where we store it so a 55 gal barrel and a pump will be used. It is set up to irrigate my garden so no biggie.
