Default Fridge and Water heater don't work on shore power

I have a 2011 2720 SL with solar. I'm getting ready to hit the road and tested everything today. When I plug into my home power, the fridge and water heater don't come on. I checked the breakers and fuses and they seem to be ok. I tested the AC outlet by the bed and it works. I disconnected the batteries and checked the lights. They worked, except if I turned the refrigerator switch to AC, the lights stopped working. I turned the fridge switch off and tried the lights again. The fan on the converter came on for a brief moment and the lights worked again. Pretty sure the batteries aren't charging because when shore power is hooked up, they usually read 14v. Any help? We're headed out tomorrow and I'd prefer not to be on solar and gas the whole time. Thanks.

As a followup, my voltage when disconnected just now was 12.8v and when I reconnected it, the meter read 13.5v, so I guess it is charging. Still can't get the water heater and fridge to work, though.

Although the specific assignments varied over the years, the refrig and water heater may be powered through the same breaker. When you checked the breakers, did you switch this one OFF and then back ON? When a breaker has tripped, simply pushing it back toward ON won't reset it. You must first go to OFF, and then to ON.

I'm assuming that you turned on the water heater's outside switch. This would have no effect on the refrig, of course.

Thanks, Bill. Yes I turned the breaker off, then on. Also, I turned the outside switch on. We're leaving tomorrow, so I guess I'll just use shore power for TV, etc. I wonder if the controller is going bad.
On a side note, where is my solar controller located?
