Default Gum Springs

Stayed at Gum Springs, USFS campground last night. It's about a mile from the local prison. There were signs on the highway that said don't pick up hitch hikers. This is a nice CG about 7 miles west of Winnfield, La on US 84

Here is a place where we will spend most of the summer months in Show Low AZ. http://www.juniperridgeresort.com This kind of place I like to take our TM to. I love the frills when it is 116 in the valley in AZ. during the summer months. 6000 feet and 25 degrees cooler.

What is nice about living in AZ. a 2 1/2 hour drive will take you to a different climate all year round, I don’t know another state that has this and it is just wonderful to live here. No Mexico for us.

Remember, the gas before Memorial day will be very close to $5.00 a gallon and traveling all over will be crazy, I want to sit tight in a nice place for the summer months.
