If mice are getting in your unit through the furnace intake and exhaust vents, you need to get your furnace serviced/repaired immediately. You have a large hole in the heat exchanger or improperly installed vent tubes.

I follow that good advice myself. It is an almost unheard of 18 degrees here in sunny Louisiana this morning. I had to actually put a long sleeve shirt on. You Yankees can keep this cold stuff.
