Very cool. I want to do something similar with mine. I have a couple small dirt bikes and a dual motorcycle hitch carrier.

After towing with this setup some more have you noticed any stability issues? Did you ever add a weight distributing hitch and notice if it helped? Did you have issues over 60mph / what's the top speed you were able to safety tow at?
