I called River Vista park today and reserved 1 of the 2 sites they had left.
Look for our 2720SL in site #77 then be sure to stop by and say hello.
And here's a shout out to 'oldstick', please stop by the CG in Dillard,GA and say hello as well.

When I called I don't think they had any idea...about the Eclipse.

Thanks very much Dab. However, it looks like we might be going to the Aiken, SC area as a base camp for the eclipse. Have family there and a get-together appears to be in the works.

Partial eclipse tonight with a green comet flyby tomorrow night.

I just made reservations at LBL at the COE Canal campground. I think its about 15 miles from the GE point.

What is LBL and GE?

I understand COE but for those that don't COE = Corps Of Engineers.

I'm considering this campground also. What site did you reserve?

Land Between The Lakes (LBL)

Greatest Eclipse (GE) the point that the eclipse will have the longest duration. Maybe just a few seconds longer.
