Default Re: They Do Exist, TM Sighting

You make an interesting point Bob, but I find that I use the 27 foot figure when making reservations so that they don't stick me into some small spot.  I would hate to be squeezed into a site because I told them 24 ft. versus 27 ft.

On another topic note, how is your new trailer working out? Have you taken it for a shake down yet? I haven't seen your report...did I miss it?

after pulling our 3023 over 10,000 miles and not seeing another tm, my wife and i left it at home and took off to our cabin in green mountain falls, colorado. just after the 4th of july a tm drove through town directly by our cabin but we could not tell what size it was. later on during the trip we saw another north on I-25 around monument colorado and then yesterday, 7-22, we saw another one west bound on i-70 somewhere in kansas. so yes they do indeed exist!

I have only seen one other TM on the road, but last week (Sunday the 23rd)my mother and sister spotted one headed north on route 15 from Harrisburg towards Mansfield, somewhere around Selinsgrove, PA. THey were going the other way, but had sharp enough eyes to spot another TM. Happy camping! Queeniereads aka Judi

Default TM sighting at Camping World, San Martin, CA

We got a coupon for $40 off Camping World's Adco covers last week via email, so we decided to drive there to get a cover for the TM.

We were very surprised to see a 2005 2720 in the parking lot! It looked like someone had left it there to be serviced.

Default TM Sighting in Va Beach, Va.

Saturday, 11/6/05, on our way down to check out a nearby campground for a future camping trip DW spotted another TM! It was set up in the back yard of a home on Princess Anne Road near the Heritage Plantation. Anyone know whose it is? We sure would like to get to know our TM neighbors.

Even stranger was upon arriving at the campground one of the first sites we cruised past held our starcraft 1702 that we had traded in when we brought the TM! We stopped and had a nice chat with the new owner. Small world!

Default 1990's Model 3124KB spotted at Zion

I returned to Zion National Park the weekend of 20 October 2006 and spotted a 1990's model 3124KB at the Watchman Electric Area B Campground. It had the older paint design. Looked to be in good shape. No one was around the TM when we passed by. Unfortunately, my brother and I were unable to get a spot in the Watchman Campgrounds and had to set up our 3124KB at the Ferber Resort just outside the Park. It would have been cool to set up near the older unit.

Saturday morning 10/13 8:20 eastbound Coleman Ave at Almaden Expy in San Jose. Towed by a white 4 door SUV. Two blocks from my house.

If this is not the same one I reported a month or two ago then that means that there are two TMs not far from me.

Fort Wilderness at Disney, 1400 loop, 3 charming little girls playing outside. We stopped but Mom was napping in the trailer so we didn't want to trouble you just to say "hi."

Anyone?
