The plastic strips around the lower edges of the shells which has the seals attached to it is cracked and broken and is not supporting the shell properly. Has anyone had this problem and if so, what was the fix & where did you buy the strips.
I'm not sure what you are talking about but go to www.lowes.com and in the search box type 'casing' and see if the results are similiar to the plastic strips. If so, those strips are mainly to attach the seals to. I don't think they provide any support for the shells.
