I think your mate meant a Travel Lite trailer.

Yes, that would be a Travel Lite.

Correct, specifically the Travel Lite Falcon F-20:

For 23k, it's not bad price, and less then 3k lbs is good, but won't fit in standard garage, plus a wet bath would be the main issues for me.

Not for me
I always find it interesting to check out the different trailers people post about. While minimal setup and low weight (especially tongue) would be nice, there are many dealbreakers for me.
1. No storage....
2. Cramped interior
3. No counter space
4. Can’t store in my garage
5. No clothes storage
Can’t beat the TrailManor. Maybe if I ever learned how to travel light....yeah that’s not going to happen.

combined toilet/ shower would be the first deal breaker. Also, the inability to sleep up to 5 is a second deal breaker. of all the trailers I looked at, the TM 2720 was the only one that we could get.

Love seeing options to the TM. Keep them coming. For now I have seen nothing that gives the roominess to make me feel at home in a light weight trailer like the TM does. We take at least one long trip a year, 4 to 6 weeks. We have been gone longer than two months. Once that changes I can maybe see us going to something smaller with less setup time, windows you can see out of when sitting down, a bed that does not require crawling over someone. There will always be tradeoffs.
For now my first choice for a small trailer would be the Safari Alta R series because of the windows. We go to be in the outdoors and they make you feel like you are, even when inside it. There is a reason there is a waiting list of over a year. Today I would not trade the TM for anything.
