Suddenly my NEW THREAD button for the Tech Library has disappeared again. Can you put it back?

Separate question. The right hand side of the screen has entries for Quick Moderation. One post is marked as needing moderation. I have deleted this post, banned the poster, reported it to a spam authority, etc etc - but the post is still marked. I would think it would go away once it has been dealt with?
