Default Raising height

Has anyone raised height of their trail Manor? Ours seems pretty low. Thanks

You are referring to the clearance from the underside of the trailer to the pavement? You need what is called a a "lift kit". See Bill Miller's excellent writeup here on the forum at

Why would you want to? The whole point of having a Trailmanor is that it folds down to have a low profile. Unless you are planning on "Off- Roading", I don't see any benefit in raising the height.

Default lifting it up

Could be a variety of reason. Ramped drive way, t.v. is to tall, might just be a better fit for your knees/legs getting in and out of your trailer. I am sure there are other reasons, these are mine. 2.5" of lift is not gonna kill your gas mileage. Not everybody worries about fuel mileage, I just want more security than a pop-up tent trailer. I plan to lift both of mine(2005 3023 and 2007 2720). Just my 2cents worth

Another very good reason for the lift kit was to accommodate 15" wheels. Earlier TM came with 14" from the factory.

The 15” wheels aren’t nearly the necessity they once were, there are now plenty of Load Range D tires available in 14” sizes.
