Default 2009 2720SD $13,000 in Thornton, CO

Great condition, hard-to-find TrailManor travel trailer folds down for easier towing as well as storage in your garage. Tows like a pop-up but expands to have lots of room including a complete bathroom with separate shower and proper flush toilet!

This is a 2009 year of TrailManor model 2720SD (SD means slide-out dinette); 2720 means 27 feet when fully extended, and 20 feet when travelling. It is 18 feet with the swing tongue pivoted to the side while stored in the garage.

Why pay $40K for new when this trailer has been well-maintained and even upgraded with some things that aren’t available or would add even more cost to a brand new trailer?

Can be towed with a mid-size SUV, pickup, or cross-over. Empty weight is about 3200 lbs.; Max GVWR rating is 4217 lbs. Tongue weight is something like 400 lbs. Uses standard large 7-pin round connector including reverse lights.

This trailer is awesome! We hate to sell it but need to relocate and reduce the amount of stuff we have. TrailManor owners group can be found at TrailManorOwners.com, as well as an active Facebook group called TrailManor Fans.

We are happy to train you on everything about setup/take-down of the trailer.

Features include:
• Non-smoking owners.
• Sleeps 4. Rear bed is 60" x 78" (queen).
• Roof-top A/C (120VAC) and propane furnace keeps you comfortable.
• Oven and range use propane.
• Original Norcold N300.3 fridge/freezer that can be powered 3 different ways (propane or 120V AC or 12V).
• 6 gallon hot water tank and 20 gallon fresh water tank.
• Lots of interior storage. Includes cabinet over stove and cabinet over sink (expensive options when new). Big wardrobe for hanging clothes plus 3 dresser drawers below it.
• AM/FM/CD player stereo. Radio antenna is powered and on the roof. TV antenna cranks up on the roof and can be rotated for best signal.
• Original factory-installed front and rear windows with gravel shields (not all TM's have windows in both places).
• Original Fiamma awning.
• Factory 80-watt solar panel with GoPower 30-amp solar charge controller.
• Electric tongue jack for easy connection to tow vehicle.
• Three ceiling vents – the one near the stove has a fan.
• Includes owner’s manual and 3-ring binder with many manuals from various components.

This trailer includes many upgrades:
• Replaced original Thetford toilet with the Dometic toilet (not cassette toilet - still has black water tank underneath this toilet and is emptied the same way as before – via the standard RV dump piping. Interior doesn't smell at all now with this toilet.
• 3” thick rear bed memory foam on top of mattress.
• Swing tongue installed by TrailManor dealer by a professional welder who normally works on truck frames. He installed the swing tongue better than the TrailManor factory does. The method used on this trailer is much less likely to cause stress fractures or cracks in the frame.
• Larger tires and larger, lighter aluminum wheels. (Allows higher weight rating of the tires to reduce likelihood of a blowout). Spare tire and wheel were also replaced to match the other tires/wheels. All tires are Maxxis Radial M8008, load range D, size ST205/75R15, which is common among other trailers.
• All exterior lights and tail lights upgraded to LED's for brighter, safer lights. Interior incandescent lights changed to LED fixtures to be brighter as well as much more energy efficient.
• Wired rear-view camera from RVCams.com permanently mounted on the TM includes cable plug-in for tow vehicle with 7" color HDTV monitor with sound. The built-in microphone is extremely helpful while backing into a camping spot. You can place it wherever you have room in the tow vehicle or hang in place of the rear-view mirror.
• New horizontal propane tanks. New propane regulator and hoses to connect the tanks.
• Includes Samsung 24" HDTV.
• Added mini struts to the front upper cabinets which holds them open as well as holds them closed during travel by spring action of the struts.
• Replaced front interior reading lights with 2 gooseneck LED lights (with clips to secure them for travelling).
• Uses two 6-volt deep discharge golf cart maintenance free sealed lead acid batteries. (Good reserve capacity. These are only a couple years old).
• Added optional screen door for top half of door, which is removable and stored under the rear deck when not in use.
• Added battery disconnect switch in rear bumper so you can store it for months without parasitic drains on the battery - easy access to switch through bumper cover while it's stored in garage.
• Rear slide-out's original brittle plastic guides were replaced with 1/8" aluminum for greatly improved durability.
• Added small removable shelves on both sides of rear sleeping area for things like CPAP, glasses, or flashlight.
• Added removable support wood beams under the front bench seats to support heavier people and yet easily be temporarily removed to store large items under the bench seats.
• Includes Champion power generator with wireless remote start, pure sine wave 3100 watts, model # 75537i, runs on gasoline at a quiet 58 dB. New generator starter battery.
• Includes heavy duty 120V extension cord with RV standard plug-in, about 30 feet long for the 30-amp trailer plug-in.
• Includes 120V AC 30-amp surge suppressor by SurgeGuard model # 34730. Includes lockable cover over plug-in, since this surge suppressor is typically directly plugged into the outlet post at a camp site. Works great. No issues. (Value of about $220 when new).

If desired, it’s possible to padlock the lockdown clamps while folded down/stored.

This trailer has never had a tire blowout nor been involved in an accident. We are the 2nd owners of this trailer. We know it has always been stored in a garage. Clean title, no liens. Immediately available in northeast Denver area (Thornton).

Includes some extras such as sewer pipe centipede for slope; rubber wheel chocks; water pressure limiter.

Located in Thornton, Colorado, near 128th and Holly Street

Due to the max of 15 pics per post, here are some more pics...

The picture of the rearview monitor is zoomed up on the 7" diagonal color monitor. It's not as wide as a normal rear-view mirror. We have also placed it on the center console or wherever is most convenient for that particular tow vehicle.
