Default How to post pictures?

I tried doing a search for this info, but I didn't come up with anything. Can anyone explain how I can add pics to a post?
Thanks!

When you type your message you go down to the block beside the "post reply" under the message block and click on "Go Advanced". That will bring up a lot more options such as show your signature, disable smilies, etc. Below that is "manage attachments". Click on that and then browse for the picture(s) you want to attach. When you have uploaded the picture(s) then you click on post reply and the pictures should appear at the bottom of the post.

When I try to attach a picture (only one) it says that I exceed my quota. Do I have to do something to my pictures first?
Thanks.

You can also find information on posting and resizing photo attachments here:

You also have to option to use space I provide free of charge to site sponsors where the size restrictions are much larger. Here is information on how to use it. http://www.trailmanorowners.com/foru...ead.php?t=4630

Here is a free utility from Microsoft that I use all the time: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/d...powertoys.mspx (Called Image Resizer part way down the page.)
You install it and when you want to use it you open the picture you need to resize and then right click on it. That gives you the option to resize in several different sizes - I use the default 640X480 when I'm going to put it on the internet. It gives the picture the same name as the original with (small) after it. Works great!

Default Privata Message Attachmnets

I can't find a "manage attachments" button to send pictures while responding to a private message. Is there a trick to attach pictures to the private message response?

Unfortunately, no. For whatever reasons, PMs don't accept attachments.

Thanks to Bill and whoever summarized the "How To Shrink Pictures" info, and led me to the toypower download info. I find that it works as advertised!
