Default Sagging Front of 3124KS

Perhaps a peculiar question from a not yet TM owner, but a neighbor of mine has a 2000 TM 3124KS and when set up with the slide in place it appears the front roof section and slide out sag about two inches from horizontal along the front edge. They've gotten some good years out of the TM including months at a time during winters in Texas. Is this normal wear and tear or is there an adjustment to correct this problem. The TM is up for sale; is this one to stay away from?
