I found a photo of a 3023 unit for sale and it has a Fiamma F45 awning. Fiamma, Inc. is located in Orlando, FL and may be the best bet to resolve your issue. Doing a search, I found this contact phone number: (407) 672-0091 Good luck - do let us know how you make out.
