Default Heat won't come on Pilot light not lighting

I am having a problem with our heater. When i turn the heat on the fan comes on, but heat does not. This was happening sometimes intermittently , but it won't come on at all. I think the piezo is not igniting, but don't know why. I would appreciate any thoughts on this.

Check for low voltage if you're not plugged in, the furnace is picky about it. Then if that isn't it, search the forum for "sail switch".

OK. Power clear the furnace. If you have a battery switch, unplug and switch it off for a minute. Otherwise, pull fuses. If it fails to light 3 times, it needs to be reset that way. See if you get lucky after that. If not, look up "sail switch" on the forum. I have not done this repair but others here have. It might work to take the front off the furnace and vacuum out dust.
