Default Need mechanic with experience with TrailManors

After selling our 2010 TM2720, we just picked up our 2019 2720QS at the new manufacturing facility in South Dakota. We have it set up here in central Ohio, and have discovered a couple of things that need to be worked on. We have a leak around the center roof seals, and a gap between the roof seal and the shell. The new management at TM Industries has been good about working with us, but we would like to get the unit worked on close to home and not make another 2000 mile trip to South Dakota. Does anyone in who the group know of a dealership or mechanic/technician familiar with TrailManors in the Ohio/Indiana/northern Kentucky area that we could contact? The folks at TM Industries are willing to take care of our problems, but they don't know who the former dealers were. We would appreciate any information anyone can give us.
Thanks,
Jon and Phred

Mentor RV just east of Cleveland used to be a dealer. They aren’t any more but still work on them. The place for service on the east coast is MCD RV in Cape cod, Massachusetts. Not sure if they are an actual dealer though.

I really think TrailManor should push to get into a national chain dealer like Camping World. They could get service nationwide. They could put one different model at several locations and they tend to be close enough that if someone liked the TM concept there could be multiple models ready for delivery within a reasonable drive.

Default Roof seal leaks

Jon and/or Phred,

We had a similar problem become surprisingly apparent during a heavy
thunderstorm while camping in Florida. We got home without further trouble.
Our leak was on the front shell seal(between halves). There was a visible gap
between the seal and the shell and appeared as though the seal had shrunk.
Could be common on older TM's like ours(2006) but very surprising for a 2019.
Our fix was simple enough. CW is near but they wanted too much even for a
member. So, I drove past the CW to another RV dealer/service and paid them
$125 to add caulk(lots of it) to both sides of the seal, the roof vent and even
the tv antenna mount.
I don't know if TM Industries has suggested anything about: pulling your two
halves back together, or replacing the seal(s) or both? But our fix was simple.

Good luck.
