Cigarette lighter socket
I too bought an adapter as Bill suggested as I plan to run my digital camera off the socket by the fridge while going down the road. I noticed that when fully inserted it does not let the front bed contact the wall at the refrigerator , I need about a 1/2 “ to meet the wall , does anyone know if this will be a problem when folding the TM?
Sorry, but I’m dumb about these kind of things , TIA

Are you saying that the front bed contacts the adapter? That can't be good. My 2720SL does not have a front bed, of course, so I can't comment.

Yes, the adapter when pushed all the way in , contacts the edge of the bed and pushes on the wires , so I’m looking at adding a socket somewhere in the lower part of the dinette or near the front speaker and tie into the light at the front storage above the bed . That way I could hook the wire into the cord clips and keep it from snagging when folding up . I have plenty of wire to make it across .
Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Amazon sells some very nice 12v power outlets. They have rubber caps that snap in when you are not using them and they are inexpensive. It's fairly easy to replace the stock TM outlets. If you have some electrical skills, you can add outlets wherever you choose, if you can find a path for the wire.
The adapter that Bill recommends may be a great solution as long as you don't take advantage of 3 outlets and overload the circuit.

Bill,
Does the adapter draw any current when plugged into the TM outlet if no appliance is is plugged into the adapter?

Sara -
Unless the adapter has some kind of small pilot light or power-on light (each a completely negligible draw), the answer is NO.
