Anyone ever find a room enclosure for the awning area? Would that even work, is the awning water right or does rain just dribble through the fabric?

The awning is water tight I don't have a add a room... but have used the awning in the rain

We purchased an add-on "Florida Screen Room" from Fiamma in 2004. It has come in handy on several of our local and extended trips. The only consideration in using the room is weather based. Any chance of strong winds in the forecast had us lower the room sides and retract the awning. Otherwise it offers a nice sheltered area for enjoying the outdoors. It also doubles as an additional sleeping space with the privacy curtains lowered. There has never been an issue with water infiltration as the awning material is waterproof.

I am not sure if our screen room is still available from Fiamma. The model we purchased in 2004 was designed specifically to work with a TrailManor and tailored for all models.
