Default Furnace issue help

Hi. I just got my trail manor out of storage which it's been in since October last year. I went to turn on my furnace and nothing. I get gas to my stove and the fridge...what am I missing. I turn the thermostat over to 75 - 80 degrees and I hear no clicking, no blower, no nothing. It worked fine when I packed it up...am I missing a step somewhere or does someone have any ideas of what I could check. It did get a new solenoid or something for the water heater, does that have anything to do with the furnace? Please help...my parents are coming in 2 days to stay in it and they need a heater.

Ours is older than yours (most likely) but it also has an on/off switch besides the thermostat.

I agree with the suggestion of checking the on/off switch. If not that, could be a fuse in the breaker panel.

Default hmm

My thermostat is on the wall just under the sink next to the switches for the water heater, fridge fan and the water tank. There is no on/off switch that I can find although it was freezing and I could barely move my fingers LOL.

this may be silly to ask, and not to offend by no means
but do you have power to tm? shore power or a charged battery? only thing I could think of.

Check the fuse in the fuse panel. Also move thermostat all the way to lowest point ( detent). This is off for the thermostat. This should reset the heater. it is possible that if not turned all the way off( no power) it tried to start over the winter but with gas shut off, it went into safety mode and needs to be reset. Also the fan has a delay and takes 30-45 sec to start after turning on thermostat.

I do have power to it. It's parked in my driveway hooked up to my house. My stove lights and so does my fridge. It's possible that I was being impatient last night while trying to start it...but I thought I had waited longer than the required time to start it up. I'll also take a look at the fuses. Thank you for your suggestions. I appreciate your help.

I would take off the cover of the thermostat and see if I have voltage. If I had voltage I would jumper the two leads (bypassing the thermostat and see if the furnace fire up, or the fan came on?

If I did not have voltage. I would be looking at the fuse and then wiring diagram making the assumption that there is a safety switch that assures that the furnace will not fire up if the camper is closed. My first assumption would be the switch that is at the rear bathroom wall. If that is the switch, I would check that the rear ceiling light(s) were operating. If it is that switch and the lights come on, then you will need to figure out where you lost the 12v. It could be a bad ground at the furnace?

If I had voltage at the stat and jumper-ed the leads and the furnace fan did not come on. I would be looking for 12V at the other end of the thermostat wire at the furnace. If you have that 12V, The first thing the furnace should do is turn on the fan. So I would be think either it's the fan, control board or bad ground.

If I had voltage at the stat and jumper-ed the leads and the furnace did fire. The problem is within the stat.

Default Thank you everyone.

Good new, I took the cover off the thermostat and noticed that the long metal piece wasn't making contact with the wire. I bent it in a little and instantly the fan came on, then the heat. Thank you everyone for your help and your suggestions. I love this forum for that reason.
