Lights under front cabinets not working

Was updating all my interior lights tonight and noticed that the old light bulbs and new ones under the front overhead cabinets aren't working. These are the only 2 not running on DC. I have the bathroom switch taped down for testing purposes. Andy ideas?

The bathroom switch affects only the lights in the rear shell, not the front.

I bet you haven't found the switch in one of the the ceiling fan enclosures.

And yes, they do run on DC, just like all the other lights.
