used 2007 2720SL

I'm looking at a used 2720SL, any "known issues" i should be aware of? What things in particular should I check out seals,gaskets etc. Any advise and opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Before buying my 2720 I had the sellers bring it to a full connection camp site. We tested everything. We started the refridge on gas. Once I felt it getting cold we switched to AC. We did the same for the hot water heater.

I could go on, but you get the idea.

Plan on buying tires if the sellers say they are more than three years old, regardless of how good they look. Cheap insurance. A blow out went off like a bomb in my last camper.
