I have up for sale our 2013 Trailmanor 2720SL with the slide out couch. It's ready to go camping today. Only reason for selling is we just bought a 2022 Trailmanor with the slide dinette which works better for our kids now that they are older. Has a clear Michigan title. I will be putting new tires on it this week. Everything works and I will have it setup for you to check out. New Larger Group 29 battery last fall. New Sony BT radio with Kicker speakers. New 5 inch Lucid mattress with protector. New digital thermostat and smoke dectector. Couch has an airbed. Upgraded LED lights inside. Comes with a microwave and coffee pot. Also has outdoor screened in porch that's included. Awning is like new. Just adjusted the upper front and rear shells so they go up and down easy. One propane tank is full the other is half. Has a 3 way fridge, oven, and 3 burner cooktop. This one has the swing hitch and power jack. Extra cabinets and hitch on the back. Comes with original owners manual and all documentation for the equipment inside. There are some faded black streaks I'm working on in places and there is some tape on the rear bag seal due to a split but it works fine. NO leaks! Just recaulked the AC and vents.
