This beloved camper would be a terrific winter project for mostly cosmetic updating. I am second owner. First owners disliked the wall coloring and so started a sticker collection. We loved it and continued adding to the collection. My boys spent rainy hours making up games and challenging each other to "find the sticker."
Original curtains, upholstery, and floor coverings could sure use an upgrade. Several cabinet doors could use new hinges and/or wood glue to keep screws in place. Seals have had some repairs. There have never been any leaks and there aren’t any now. Some of the flaps that close gaps around the bed have some loose spots.
I’ve put on an electric tongue jack, replaced both bed slide runners, and replaced the toilet with a water connected Sealand/Dometic flush toilet. Just put on a brand new propane regulator.
Water pump works, water heater works, heater works, refrigerator works, stove and oven work, roof vent fan works, stereo works. One overhead light above the table has an on and off short that I have not delved into.
This has been a terrific camper and now it needs some rehab and TLC. I am just not the person to take it on as a project.
I'm always up for a road trip if someone needs to work out delivery or meeting up someplace.
