SL vs SD vs QB vs..... What do they mean?
Hi folks,
Sorry if this is already posted somewhere, but I can't find it. What do the letter designations in the model designations mean? I'm specifically interested in the 2720 & 2619 models, but I want the 2720 with a queen bed in the back, a double bed in the front, and a dinette in front of the front bed. What would the model designation for that be, and what do the letters in the model designations stand for? I thought they indicated the floor plan, but I can't find a 'key' to them.
Thanks
Meteor

For current models the suffixes are King or Queen (rear bed) then Sofa, Dinette, or Bed so a 2720QS is a 2720 with queen bed and a Sofa on a slide out in front. Older 2720s used just plain 2720 for the Bed front and 2720SL for the sofa slide. I have not seen the early designation for a Dinette.
AFAIK only the 3326 had both a dinette and both front and rear bed though the dinette in most models makes into a bed.

Yes, it has gotten confusing as TM changed the suffixes without changing the floorplans.
In the old days (meaning last month, kinda) the following was true.
All TMs have a rear bed. The size of that bed depends on the model number. For example, a 2720 has a queen bed in the rear.
A model number (such as 2720) with no suffix has a front bed, and a dinette in front of it. This is the model you are looking for.
The suffix SL means Slideout-Living room. There is a sofa on the slide, and no dinette.
The suffix SD means Slideout-Dinette. The dinette is on the slide.
I belive that all the suffixes applied across all then-current models.
Now they have renamed them, as Padgett has explained. The floorplan for the new models, of course, can be seen on Trailmanor.com.
It appears that the 2619 has disappeared as a standalone model, though of course you will still find them on the FOR SALE market.

If you look at the current models
2720 QB, QS, QD; 2717 KB, KS, KD; etc.. The first letter is the size of the rear bed and the second letter is what is up front. Bed, sofa or dinette, There is nothen to tell you it's a slid other then knowing that all sofa or dinette are slide out models.
